About the practice
A practice with a firm edge around the work.
Digitaltrangsrangid is the corporate administration practice of Alexei Cipovenco, working from Melestiu St 26 in Chișinău. The desk exists to keep company paperwork ordered, current, and easy to hand to the people who are supposed to see it.
The practice
This is a single desk, not a network of offices and not a panel of unnamed associates. Alexei Cipovenco is the person who reads the enquiry, writes the scope, and is accountable for the file. If the volume of work ever needs another pair of hands, that person is named to you before they see a document. Until then, the practice is one correspondent.
The work is corporate administration: the care of records, meeting papers, confirmed dates, correspondence, contract files, and the weekly paperwork of an office. Companies ask for it when the documents are real but the system around them is not. A director should not have to reconstruct the minute file from three inboxes the night before a bank meeting.
If it is not in the index, it is not yet under administration.
The professional approach
We start by naming the boundary. Administration is the care of documents, dates, and routine communication. Advice on the law, on tax, on an audit, or on a commercial negotiation belongs to the adviser you appoint. Writing that boundary down is how the desk stays useful. It is also how we avoid pretending to be a firm we are not.
You will not find client logos, years-in-business claims, or borrowed testimonials on this site. Discretion is a working rule, and so is a refusal to invent a track record. What you can inspect is the menu of services, the path of an engagement, and the offer. Those pages are the practice, stated in public.
The working language of the desk, as published here, is English. If a document set is in another language, we say so at the start and we do not guess our way through it.
Methodology
How a piece of work is shaped
The method is the same whether the task is a records index or a monthly office desk. The engagement path is what you experience. This is how the desk thinks.
- Listen
- We read what you already know about the file: where it lives, who touches it, and what is stuck. We do not arrive with a template and force the company into it.
- Boundary
- We mark what is administration and what belongs to a lawyer, accountant, or notary. If the task is on the wrong side of the line, we say so before a fee is discussed.
- Scope note
- The services, the deliverables, the cadence, the fee, and the notice period are written down. You accept that note, or you do not. There is no implied retainer from an email conversation.
- Rhythm
- Work moves on an agreed interval: a project with an end, or a monthly desk with a status note. We do not substitute constant messages for a filing rhythm.
- Plain status
- The status says what was done, what is waiting, and what we need from you. It is short on purpose. A status that needs a glossary is not a status.
- Adjust
- When the company changes, the list changes in writing. We do not quietly expand the work, and we do not keep a task that no longer belongs on the desk.
Values
What the desk will not trade away
- Discretion
- Your file is not marketing material. We do not publish client names, and we do not discuss one company’s papers with another.
- Accuracy
- A mislabelled minute is worse than a late one. We would rather send a gap list than a tidy folder that hides a missing signature.
- Plain language
- Indexes, statuses, and scopes are written so a director can read them without a translator. Jargon is not a sign of care.
- Boundaries
- We do not drift into legal advice because a question arrived at the end of an email. The edge of the work is part of the work.
- Continuity
- The index should still make sense when you return to it in six months. Administration is a rhythm, not a one-day tidy.
The services that follow from this are listed in the administration menu. The commercial terms sit in the engagement offer.
