Corporate records administration
Give the company one ordered set of the records you already hold.
What this service is
We take the documents that show how the company is constituted and how it has been run — registers, signed resolutions, appointment letters, ownership records, and the supporting papers you supply — and we put them into a structure a director can actually use. We do not draft legal instruments and we do not decide what the company is required to keep. We administer the set you give us, and we keep a list of items you expected to find and did not.
Scope
- An inventory of the files you send
- A folder structure and a plain-language index
- Labels, dates, and the status of each item: draft, signed, or missing
- A gap list against the checklist you agree with us
- Updates when you send new documents
How it runs
- You send what you have and name a person who may instruct us
- We agree the index headings with you
- We file, label, and note what is missing
- We send the index and the gap list
- We update the set as new documents arrive
What you receive
- A records index
- An ordered folder structure
- A gap list
- A short update when the set changes
Who it suits
Companies whose records are scattered across inboxes and personal drives, and directors who want one place to look before a meeting or a bank request.
