Digitaltrangsrangid, the practice of Alexei Cipovenco, provides corporate administration. That means the care of records, meeting papers, calendars of dates you have confirmed, correspondence, contract files, and day-to-day office paperwork.
It is not a law firm. It is not an accounting firm. It is not an audit firm. It does not give legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not represent you before a court, a registry, or a regulator. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
No professional relationship from a visit
Browsing the site, or sending an enquiry, does not create a client relationship and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. An administration engagement starts only when you accept a written scope note. Even then, the relationship is an administration engagement. It is not a mandate to advise you on the law or on tax.
An unanswered email is not an acceptance of work. An acknowledgement of an enquiry is not an acceptance of work.
No government role
Digitaltrangsrangid is a private desk in Chișinău. It is not the Public Services Agency, not a court, not a state registry, and not an official gazette. The seal on this site is a practice mark. It is not a public emblem and it does not certify a document.
No outcome promises
We do not guarantee that a filing will be accepted, that a bank will open or keep an account, that a meeting will be valid, or that a deadline will be met. Dates on a calendar are dates you or your advisers have confirmed. Responsibility for the underlying legal duty stays with the company and with the advisers it appoints.
We do not file documents with authorities on your behalf, and we do not sign in place of a director or shareholder.
Information may change
Service descriptions and the offer are written to be accurate on the date shown. A scope note for a particular company is the document that governs that work. If a page and a signed scope ever differ, the scope governs the engagement and the page governs what we offer to the next reader.
Your own advisers
Keep your lawyer, accountant, and notary for the work that belongs to them. The desk can organise the papers around that work. It cannot replace the person who is allowed to give the advice.
