The engagement offer.
This page is the offer. It is not a signed contract. A paid engagement starts only when you accept a written scope note. Until then, nothing on this website commits either of us.
The parties
The provider is Alexei Cipovenco, practicing as Digitaltrangsrangid, at Melestiu St 26, MD-2001, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. You can write to [email protected].
The client is the organization named in the scope note, acting through a person who is allowed to give instructions. If that person changes, you tell us in writing.
What this offer covers
The offer covers corporate administration chosen from the menu below. An engagement includes only the services named in your scope note. Listing them here does not mean every engagement contains all of them.
- Corporate records administration — Give the company one ordered set of the records you already hold.
- Meeting and resolution administration — Make board and shareholder meetings administratively tidy.
- Compliance calendar coordination — Keep agreed administrative dates visible so they are not left to memory.
- Correspondence and stakeholder administration — Stop administrative letters from living only in a personal inbox.
- Contract and vendor administration — Keep executed contracts and vendor paperwork findable and current.
- Operational office administration — Provide steady hands for day-to-day administration without a full-time hire.
Included in every engagement
Whatever services you choose, the desk works in the same way:
- A written scope before work starts, including deliverables, cadence, fee, and notice.
- A named point of contact: Alexei Cipovenco.
- A plain status note at the interval the scope sets.
- Work in English, unless the scope note agrees otherwise.
- A copy of the working file when you ask, and return of materials when the engagement ends.
Not included
Never part of the desk
- Legal advice or legal representation.
- Tax advice, bookkeeping, accounting, or audit.
- Notarial acts.
- Deciding what the company must file.
- Signing for directors or shareholders.
- Chairing meetings or voting.
Also outside this offer
- A promise that a bank, registry, or authority will accept a document.
- Filing those documents on your behalf.
- Management of your business or employment of your staff.
- Use of your name in any public material.
- Emergency or after-hours cover.
- A success fee tied to a legal or regulatory outcome.
Fees
Fees are agreed in the scope note before work starts. They reflect the services you choose, the volume of documents, and the cadence: a defined project, or a monthly desk. There is no universal price on this page, because a five-document register and a weekly office desk are not the same piece of work.
Any third-party cost — a courier you choose, a translation you commission, a fee charged by an authority — is yours to pay. We identify it before it is incurred. We do not take a success fee, and we do not ask you to pay for work that was not in the accepted scope.
How an engagement ends
A project ends when the agreed deliverables are issued. A monthly desk continues until either of us ends it in writing. The scope note states the notice period. Until that note is accepted, either of us can stop the conversation without a fee.

If the work fits the desk, the next message is a set of questions, then a scope note for you to accept or decline.
